Assistant Care Manager & Quality Assurance Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our team within the General Home Care and Dementia Service as an Assistant Care Manager & Quality Assurance Lead

The successful candidate will have experience working within a people who are elderly or have dementia or Alzheimer’s, ideally at a supervisory level and be passionate about the promotion of a high quality service that is person-centered and delivers a holistic approach ensuring the physical and mental health needs for our clients are met. An interest in promoting quality assurance would also be beneficial.

Keys Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will provide leadership and day-to-day supervision to support workers to ensure the service provides excellent support and care. A role model for excellent support, you can inspire others and help to enable them to achieve their goals
  • Ideally you should have a minimum of 12 months experience with this client group and the ability to pass onto other staff your care and quality assurance skills.
  • You should have your level 3 in Health and Social Care, be self-motivated, reliable, flexible and have the dedication to this client group.

Hours are 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
